1.General Refund Policy
1.1. Satisfaction Guarantee We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products/services. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy on refunds and cancellations.
1.2. Refund Eligibility To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase is required.

- Non-Refundable Items: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the purchase is completed.

3.1. Subscription Services
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
